Sonderup Charolais Ranch has begun to utilize the GeneSTAR® testing technology through Pfizer Animal Genetics.  We are dedicated to producing the highest quality cattle with sound genetics.  The GeneSTAR® technology will allow us to not only breed for animals that are structually sound and perform well, but animals that will have further rewards when they are hanging.  Although this is emerging technology, the research behind it is ongoing and will only enhance the cattle industry.  We have the results of our herdsires currently posted and we will be constantly updating cattle and posting the results as they become available. Please take the time to look through the inforamtion as we feel it will be a great benefit to our current and future customers.  For a more detailed explanation of GeneSTAR®, please click here.
